Chef Smritikana Halder has a background in hotel management and tourism, having completed her Bachelor’s degree from DSM School of Management. She began her career in Food Production at Courtyard by Marriott, Bilaspur. In her free time, she enjoys painting and dancing. Currently, Chef Halder serves as a Chef Patissier at IIAS.
He has six years of industrial experience in renowned hotels like The Leela Palace-Kovalam, Courtyard by Marriott’s and The Chancerry Pavilion, Bangalore. He is also an MBA in Hotel Management.
Soumajit Agasti completed BSC in hospitality and tourism management from IIAS Kolkata under Madurai Kamraj University . He had worked with Taj Groups of hotels, Redission Blu, and Marriott International. He was working in Food production Department also the Alumni of IIAS kolkata.

I am presently settled in Northern Ireland UK from past 15 years. I own two restaurants in London & Belfast named ‘Mama Masala’ engaged in regaling the customers with Indian and Italian cuisine.
