Program Brief

The 1-year Room Division Operations Programme (RDOP) equips students with the essential knowledge and practical expertise required to manage front office, housekeeping, and guest services in the hospitality industry. The curriculum combines theory with hands-on training, enabling students to gain proficiency in reservation systems, front desk management, housekeeping operations, property management software (PMS), and customer service excellence.
