With the trusted IIAS ProSkills brand, students gain access to top hospitality recruiters, hands-on industry training, and international exposure, positioning them for success in the global marketplace.
The Integrated Hospitality Management Programme (IHMP) is an 18-month ProSkills initiative by IIAS ProSkills, designed in collaboration with the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) under the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Government of India, and the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI, USA).
As one of Eastern India’s leading hotel management institutions and an approved THSC training partner, IIAS ensures that its curriculum adheres to both national and international hospitality standards.
This globally relevant programme develops industry-ready technical skills and a strong grounding in hospitality management principles, preparing students for trainee and supervisory roles across the hospitality and tourism sectors.
The Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) is a not-for-profit organisation under the aegis of NSDC, established by the Government of India to skill, certify, and empower professionals in the tourism and hospitality domains. THSC designs National Occupational Standards (NOS) to bridge skill gaps and ensure training programmes meet industry benchmarks. A THSC-certified qualification is nationally recognised and highly valued across the hospitality, travel, and tourism sectors.
The American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI), founded in 1953, is a globally recognised leader in hospitality education and professional certification.
